I bought the Sahara boots in black and I couldn’t be happier! The company sent me a follow up email to confirm my size which I was surprised by. The care they take to make sure their customers are satisfied is impressive. The boots themselves are beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. I experienced a quick break in period and surprising comfort for a Blake stitched boot! Can’t recommend highly enough!

I bought the Wholecut Oxfords in black this week. Amazing quality shoes at a very reasonable price. If you're in Canberra, they will even come to your house and ensure they fit properly if needed, which in my case they came with two different sizes just in case. Therefore there is no worrying about having to return them. I will definitely be returning to buy a pair of Loafers in the coming months.

These are the Oak oxfords. I arrived in Canberra a week before my wedding but didn’t have the chance to shop for shoes beforehand. I found this company online and immediately placed an order, estimating a 2-day delivery. I mentioned that I needed the shoes as soon as possible since my wedding was just days away. Once they knew I was in Canberra, they took the initiative to deliver the shoes to my address the very next day. I wish I had asked my wedding photographer to take a close-up shot of the shoes, so I ended up cropping this picture from some of my pictures. These shoes are absolutely gorgeous!

The Goodyear welted Chelsea Boots are excellent quality, you can really see the effort in craftsmanship that have gone into them. In addition to being incredibly happy with the product I ordered, the customer service from Sparrods is above and beyond. Immediately touched base with me to ensure my size would be correct, the product was shipped on a Sunday afternoon, and once the boots were received, the team checked in to ensure I got them and was satisfied. The inclusions of care guide, dust bag and shoe horn with the boots were also a nice touch. 10/10 definitely recommend Sparrods for your leather shoe needs.

The shoes are genuinely beautiful and well crafted. You can tell they are luxury shoes (but can be well worn) when you wear them. Sam is the upmost gentleman, will take time on weekend evenings to ensure you have the right fit and was beyond polite. He assisted me over the phone, text and via messenger before coming to my house, waiting for me and helping find the perfect fit. Gave advice, welcomed continued contact and was a delight with my dog. An absolutely wonderful human who more than deserves your business. Thanks Sam!

This was my first purchase from Sparrods & Co., and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I bought a pair of their leather sneakers, and they are truly a step above what I've found in non-handcrafted brands. The high-quality leather and nicely crafted construction are immediately apparent. The new leather is sensibly stiff, which speaks to their durability, yet they are surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. They are also incredibly elegant-looking, easily transitioning from smart casual to dressier occasions. To top it all off, the service was great, and the delivery was on time. I will certainly be a returning customer!
